Over 98% of our discs (and bags, minis, shirts, crocs, ...) go out exactly as ordered. Right weight, right color.

We are human, though, and if we make an error, here is what we'll do about it:

If we don't have your color choice, we'll send the closest color we have along with a credit for 50% of the price of the disc.

If we don't have your weight choice, we'll send the closest weight we have along with a credit for 100% of the price of the disc.

Note 1: Not valid for pre-orders.

Note 2: If you request specific weights or colors in the "Additional Comments" section, we will contact you if we cannot meet them.

Shipping Costs

All orders placed by 3 PM EST will be shipped on the day they were ordered (see caveat for baskets below).

We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail. It is less costly and fast. Over 95% of our orders arrive in 1 to 3 days. Also, we ship in our own well-sized boxes. These boxes are 40% smaller than comparable USPS boxes, saving weight, materials, and packing peanuts. The savings in shipping costs, along with our quality packaging, results in overall lower costs for shipping. We pass these savings on to you in the form of low shipping on your order.

US shipping costs are $4.50 to $5.95, depending on how much you order. Intl. shipping costs are determined by the USPS.

International shipping on free discs will be international shipping rates minus the standard US shipping costs.

Refund Policy

We offer full refunds or exchanges.

Simply return the unused product and a note telling us what you would like (eg. a refund, a different disc, a gift certificate).

Please note that if you are returning a product that we properly shipped to you, you will be responsible for any newly accrued shipping charges. If we made an error, we will fix it (and pay for the shipping) and inconvienence you as little as possible.

Shipping Baskets

We generally have baskets shipped directly from the basket's manaufacturer via UPS Ground.

Shipping on baskets is free within the 48 contintental United States. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or in a country outside the US, please contact us prior to ordering baskets to see how much it will cost.

We do everything in our power to get the baskets shipped as quickly as possible and will email tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

Your Privacy

We will not share your email, snail mail, name, phone numbers, or any other information with anybody at all, except the people who work here and need to know your information to ship your order.

In addition, when you place an order with Prime Discs, you may opt-in to receive your email updates with our monthly specials and other disc golf news of the day.
