The QuadShock backpack straps provide the ability to balance the weight of your disc golf bag over your hips instead of off to one side of your body. When the weight of your bag is over one shoulder and off of the hip, the spine needs to compensate. This compensation leads to an unnatural lateral curve of the spine. When the weight of the bag is balanced over the hips, it allows the spine to hold its natural, straight and aligned shape. The spine is one of the most important things in disc golf. With all of the torque and rotation needed to throw discs as long as they are being thrown these days, caring for the spine is key. With the use of QuadShock backpack straps the spine is put under less stress. The less stress the spine experiences, the less fatigue. The less fatigue, the longer it will be able to perform at the level you are asking it to perform.
